Abstract:
The article relates the matters of founding recreation centers in the territories adjacent to a megalopolis (by the example of Novosibirsk). The interrelationship of environmental and economic factors is most acute in a megalopolis. Implementation of the author’s concept will allow achieving a number of social and economic effects.
