Abstract:
This article discusses mechanisms for implementing the competitive advantages of regional systems of higher education. Author shows the catalytic role of Tiebout hypothesis in the implementation of spatial preferences of consumers of higher education: regional educational systems with comparative and absolute advantage in quality of training in a bachelor's and master's degrees will attract the most solvent and gifted students.
