    Abstract:
    The monograph presents the research results in the field of transformation of social and labor relations. We present the author's systemic-axiological concept of transformation of social and labor relations based on a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach and the author's CSIA-methodology. We also present a new view on the transformation of social and labor relations as innovation process of creating a new organizational and inter-organization network of social and labor relations based on the exchange of values. On the basis of axiological dialectics, the author considers the corporate value network as a system-forming aspect in the processes of transformation of social and labor relations. We study the main aspects of the transformation of social and labor relations in the context of the transformation of components of the system of social and labor relations, such as institutions, values, labor processes, human resources, and relations. We have developed a methodology for assessing the efficiency of transformation of a system of social and labor relations based on the principle of the balance of interests of participants in social and labor relations. We have done the research in the framework of the RFBR grant No. 19-010-00362 А. The monograph is intended for managers and experts in the field of regulation of social and labor relations, and for a wide range of readers.
