Abstract:
The influence of the structural component of transformations at the level of systemically important industries of the region is indicated to be strengthened. The necessity of integrating various resources of the subjects of the economic space to obtain a synergistic effect when developing a program for modernizing the region’s industry in conditions of instability is indicated. The increase in the role of the innovative and cognitive resource in ensuring effective structural modernization of industries in the industrial segment of the region’s economy is justified. A factor model of the implementation of the resource and integration approach to the development of a program for the modernization of industry within the boundaries of a local territorial-economic formation has been developed. It is proposed to use the index of structural rationalism as a tool in the methodological approach to decision-making process on structural modernization of the industrial sphere.
