Abstract:
The most important indicators of the ongoing reversal of the previously achieved balance of peace in the country, its "false curve of direction" of development, the vector of which was set by the adherents of the new social system, apologists of the neoliberal theory and the Washington consensus, are considered. The necessity of deeper intervention of the state, its teleological mechanism in the world economic life of the country is substantiated.
