Abstract:
The article deals with the importance of determining the quality criteria of the personnel potential of the Lipetsk region, corresponding to the requirements of the innovative economy development. The definition of quality criteria allows the regional top management to develop and implement in practice a mechanism of the quality and efficiency increase of the personnel potential application in the region. The content of the concept "regional personnel potential" in relation to the conditions of innovative economy development in the region is specified. The essence and features of the improvement of regional personnel potential which are very actual in new social and economic conditions are investigated. The author assesses the current situation in the regional labour market, identifying the most popular profession. The article reveals the main criteria for determining the quality of regional personnel potential, such as: the level of professional competence, innovative entrepreneurial activity, secondary employment and professional mobility.
