Abstract:
Current trends that determine the mechanism of minimum wage guarantees provision in the Russian economy are discussed in the article. The main cause of poverty of the working population, which has a long-term character, is revealed. Various approaches to the definition of the basic criterion for determining the minimum wage differentiated by professional qualification are presented. The special role of the state in providing minimum wage guarantees, acting, on the one hand, as a legislator, on the other hand, as a social partner in the conclusion of contracts and agreements, is proved. Problem areas of the development of social partnership multilevel system influencing efficiency of collective and contractual regulation of remuneration are shown. The expert assessment of opportunities and limitations on providing minimum wage guarantees at different levels of management in modern conditions is carried out.
