Abstract:
The preconditions of realization of the federal project "Northern sea route" are described in the article. The competitive advantages and risks of implementation of the Northern sea route are given. The importance of infrastructure construction in the context of increasing investment attractiveness of the region and the importance of implementing development projects of the Arctic in the context of the development of technological competitive advantages of the Russian economy are shown.
