Abstract:
In the context of intensification of scientists' understanding of the development of the national economy in the coordinates of space, it is of interest to study the system of higher education within the spatial approach. The relevance of the study is due to the lack of uniformity in theoretical approaches to the concept of educational space, which is considered in the context of a number of disciplinary sciences: philosophy, sociology, pedagogy, law. Generalization and evaluation of scientific approaches allowed to highlight the most important aspects of the nature of the educational space, uniting most scientific views: educational space is considered as a social relationship, as the field of interaction of actors with common interests, institutions, relationships. The complexity of the study of educational space is due not only to the lack of theoretical uniformity of scientific approaches, but also evaluation criteria, as well as sustainable characteristics. Thus, the understanding of the concept of "educational space" has a certain scientific potential and the prospect of further study and clarification.
