Abstract:
The relevance of the issue is due to the need to develop tools to determine the level of technological development of industrial production. The purpose of the study and this article is to develop a method for assessing the quality of management of the use of diversified resources of formation and development of high-tech industrial production on the basis of their quantitative measurement.
The valuation method involves the determination of the coefficient of knowledge-based integration of complementary resources, which determines the possibility of their diversification based on the convergence of the trajectories changes the purpose of providing high-tech innovative transformation and establishing differentiating level of the competitive reforms provided by the differences types and stages of formation and development of high-tech industrial production in the loop integration of resources, which define the capabilities of an industrial enterprise.
The methodical approach offered by us will allow to "digitize" differentiating characteristics of types and stages of formation and development of high-tech industrial production. This will make it possible to determine the further vector of its development. Particular coefficients of use of a particular type of resource should be taken into account to determine the quality of the application of additional management functions, when quantifying the level of competitiveness of technology and product.
