Abstract:
Purpose. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, studies of Russian and foreign economists to conduct a phenomenon of “the labor market creativity” and also to consider the conditions of it’s formation, to analyse key trends which will strengthen impact of a creativity on the sphere of employment. Nowadays the intensive development of economy is observed. This fact predetermines the formation and implementation of the concept of creativity, the modern terms of labor market dictate the needs of permanent updating of production and realization of new products that, in turn, leads to changes of requirements to quality of work and labor, to obtaining of modern and innovative production technologies of products and realization of services. Obtaining of knowledge and skills of the use of innovative technologies provide to the individual competitiveness in labor market and leads to long labor relations. These circumstances dictate the need of definition of new requirements to the modern worker and also to conduct a labor market creativity research on the example of IT sphere. The above terms prove the relevance of the purpose and research problems. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of a research consists of the studies of Russian and foreign economists in the sphere of labor economics. In the research we used the general scientific methods (the system analysis, an economical and statistical method, a logical method) and open analytical materials regarding the condition of labor market, features of employment and distribution of its non-standard forms which influence on the current trends of market development and its creativity. Results. The author considered such concepts as “creative economy”, “human potential”. The key trends influencing on labor market development in general and the sphere of employment in particular are analysed. The author formulated key requirements to the quality of labor, to professional knowledge and skills of the worker, to the needs of obtaining of innovative technologies which influence on the demand of the individual in labor market. Conclusions. The increasing level of the competition in labor market leads to the changes of requirements to the quality of labor, to formation and accumulation of the human capital. Digitalization of economy formulates new requirements to the organizations, leads to changes of their structure and dynamics of the labor occupied at these companies. High-quality changes of requirements to workers, to their knowledge and skills, lead to the technological changes of economic and information space, to transition to information model of employment and to distribution of non-standard forms of employment. This research indicates dynamic changes of requirements to the quality of labor and to the need of improvement of its adaptive opportunities to the innovative changes in economy connected with processes of global digitalization.
