Abstract:
Development of globalization processes, shift of attention to competition in the world market led to the development of clusters. The advantages of clusters are determined by their new properties and characteristics. Clusters provide a new level of not only the scale of production and market activity, but also the scale and speed of innovative changes. The article deals with the regularities manifested in the formation and functioning of clusters, generalized groups of types of internal and external cluster relationships are identified
