Abstract:
The article reveals the approaches to the management of investment projects based on risk assessment. The article substantiates the need to assess the risks of investment projects in industrial enterprises, especially in conditions of uncertainty. The most relevant methods of risk assessment of investment projects are also identified. The author's approach to the management of investment projects involves the identification of the most significant risk using the current reality tree (CRT).
