Personnel development system in the conditions of global information processes

Abstract:
In the conditions of popularization and global distribution of information systems, the issue of the influence of information resources on all spheres of economic activity is becoming more acute and actualized, and the market economy appears in a new light, which gradually acquires the features of a knowledge economy. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of the development of the global information system on a comprehensive personnel management system. The methods in this study were: a literature review, a method of systematization, generalization and analogy, an axiomatic method, critical analysis. The author identifies key aspects of the informatization of society, which can be traced to the personnel management system in enterprises in a market economy. In the course of work, the specific characteristics of a modern corporate information system were also noted as a driving factor in the process of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in all areas of business. Based on the analytical review, key positive and negative aspects of the impact of information on the development and motivation of staff of domestic organizations are noted.

  • Статья посвящена исследованию влияния развития глобальной информационной системы на комплексную систему управления персоналом. В работе рассматриваются характеристики информационного общества, его влияние на сферы жизни социума, в том числе на систему управления на современных предприятиях. Автором обозначено наличие соотношения эффективности системы управления персоналом и уровня информатизации структур функционирования организации. Выделены характерные аспекты корпоративной информационной системы в качестве ключевого движущего фактора повышения конкурентоспособности отечественных компаний. По итогу работы обозначены положительные и негативные стороны влияния информатизации на систему управления персоналом.
