Abstract:
The article analyzes the demographic indicators of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, on the basis of which it is concluded that the institutional changes towards a more primitive form, individual entrepreneurship, correspond to the period of the internal economic crisis in the Russian Federation. The indicator of frequency of the individual entrepreneurs defined as private from division of number of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities in the subject of Federation was considered. If it is more than one, then the simplest form of doing business prevails in the region. In 2010 there were 13 such subjects, by 2015 there were 7. Clustering of these regions, depending on the rate of change of specific organizational forms, showed that the subjects where the institutional transformation went on the path of primitivization, lag behind in terms of socio-economic development, entrepreneurship in them is mainly forced.
