Abstract:
The article deals with the problems of why in the period of various (neo)liberal transformations, and in particular of the 54 macrotechnologies that determined the world's scientific and technological progress, every third was Soviet. However, at present, the Russian leadership is partially preserved only in aerospace, nuclear power, energy engineering and special metallurgy.
