Abstract:
Over the past few decades, agriculture has been experiencing serious economic and demographic problems. The main features of the personnel deficit in the industry is the aging of existing professional staff, accompanied by a low level of qualification of managers and employees of agricultural organizations. The reluctance of young professionals to return to rural areas after receiving agricultural education is due to a number of objective reasons that negatively affect the further choice of young professionals. Low-wage workers, lack of housing and poor social infrastructure negatively affect productivity and results of operations, which in turn impedes economic growth and accumulation of wealth of the state.
