Abstract:
Purpose: to prove need of accounting of features of social factors by the state and business firms during the planning and management of the process of implementation of projects for increase in efficiency of economy. Materials and methods: analysis of extent of influence of social factors on the process of implementation of projects: working conditions and activity of the person; initial social principles of planning; the existing schemes socially-effective management of management; perfection of management at the external and internal administrative levels. Results: need of accounting of social factors for production is proved, during the planning, optimization of schemes of management of management of the state and private business firms at the external and internal administrative levels. Conclusions: in public process influence of the known social functions on individual characteristics of the person is defined: working conditions and activity of the person, perfection of management at the external and internal administrative levels. When planning development of economy and also work of the companies, it is necessary to consider interdependence of human activity with a social system, to provide at the legislative level control of work of the companies as the state, the independent organizations and subjects for which projects intend.
