Abstract:
Purpose: on the basis of modern research, the sectoral transformation of the labor market of Metropolitan cities has been studied. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is research on the transformation of labor markets, including metropolitan megacities. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the role and importance of the labor market of Metropolitan cities, as well as the Sectoral transformation of the capital's labor markets. Conclusions: the labor market of the capital's megacities is in constant dynamics, reacting to the development of the capital's economy, including the growth of the number of enterprises in the metropolis, and for the capital's business. That is, we can say that the situation in the labor market of the capital's megacities is one of the important indicators of its business activity. At the same time, it can be stated that the cost of living in Metropolitan areas is much higher. A huge and diverse labor market (almost a tenth of all employed in the economy), coupled with its higher wages, has turned the capital's megacities of all countries into the main migration magnet. The capital attracts both native inhabitants of the country and migrants from other countries. Application: the findings and results of the study can be used in the development of the organization of the study of the labor market of Metropolitan areas, as well as its sectoral transformation.
