Abstract:
Purpose: with the development of the healthcare sphere, the relevance of issues related to ensuring the quality of medical services, their economic and physical accessibility to the population are becoming increasingly relevant. The main goal of the study is to review and analyze ways to improve the quality of health services as one of the important criteria for assessing the effectiveness of innovative processes in the healthcare of modern Russia. Materials and methods: as a general methodological basis of this article, the methods of economicstatistical and content analysis of open data characterizing the dynamism of the development of the segment of commercial medicine in the Russian healthcare sector were used. Results: this article reveals the main aspects related to the systematization of factors and conditions that affect the level of quality of medical services. Within the framework of the first part of the article, the study of the main laws and problems of the development of Russian medicine is presented, and the consumer aspect in the context of key parameters influencing the state of demand in this segment is also considered in sufficient detail. The second part of the article explores and describes the main factors that influence the level of quality of medical services to the population. Conclusions: the conclusions substantiated in the article on improving the quality of health services can be used in practical activities related to the management of sustainable and systematic development of medical organizations in modern conditions.
