The purpose of the article is to consider the methodology of forming the market mechanism of management of corporate structures in the construction complex. Methodology. During the study, the main sources of input data were data from the Federal State Statistics Service, legislative and regulatory acts, state programs for the development of the construction sector, and fundamental and applied works of authoritative scientists in this field. The research is based on theoretical methods of scientific knowledge, in particular, the use of methods of synthesis and deduction, as well as methods of empirical cognition. Results. Thus, the following definition can be proposed: regional construction cluster – a set of geographically localized within the region interconnected and complementary enterprises of the construction and related industries, united by the hierarchical links with local institutions, authorities, cooperating enterprises in order to increase the competitiveness of these enterprises and the regional economy in whole Conclusions / Significance. Analysis of the structure of the cluster of the region makes it possible to conclude that this is a new form of organization of a socio-economic system based on a hierarchical approach. Its formation implies the presence of a large number of links between the participants due to geographical proximity, as well as the presence of partial interaction on the basis of market mechanisms, whose influence on each other is almost impossible to take into account.
