Abstract:
The main factors of development of the Russian agricultural industry, as well as any production, are physical capital and labor. Physical capital includes natural resources, financial assets and reproducible physical assets. And work, respectively, – homogeneous (pure) work and social and humanitarian, in other terminology, human-in the form of natural and well – acquired abilities to creation,-and social capital, and also set of the economic and production relations and the conditions motivating effective use of abilities.
