Abstract:
In this article, the authors propose to consider the behavior of individuals in the digital economy. The authors explore the possibilities and dangers of the virtual world. Identify the main psychological aspects that provoke a person to dive into the Internet space. The article also demonstrates the main trends and directions of transformation of modern legislation related to the need to ensure the state of information security for the individual, society, and the state as a whole, analyzes the difficulties of legal regulation and administrative control in the digital space, and at the same time justified the attractiveness of the virtual world for ordinary people, including
