Abstract:
The article deals with economic growth, one of the priority objectives of sustainable development, from the perspective of the theory of external effects, which allows us to give a dual assessment of the quantitative changes in the volume of domestic production. On the basis of the analysis of macroeconomic indicators is justified external positive effect, enclosed in the decision of some social problems. Characterized by the magnitude of the external negative effect, expressed in mainstreaming education, utilization and disposal of wastes of production and consumption. The role of the state in regulating positive social impact and minimize the negative effect due to the investment in environmental protection. The necessity of forming new paradigm of social organization, which would have mitigated the controversy of modern models of economic growth and ensure environmental protection.
