Abstract:
There is a need for a regular solving of the complex tasks of adequate and reliable estimation of work efficiency of staff, as an asset of the modern organization. The key conditions governing the growth of labour productivity and constraints in this indicator in the current business environment. The analysis of growth rates of labor productivity and real wages in several industries in the region and in the whole country is carried out. The optimality is defined in personnel costs and a calculated margin of staff to the economy of Russia, the Rostov region and the different groups of the industry. On what basis, it is established that the organization of Russia use the staff inefficient and the causes of this in the context of the considered industries.
