Abstract:
This article defines the problem of correlation between the social problems and economic activity of the companies. We define the ways of implementation of the share value creation concept. The authors analyze the activity of the companies which implement the concept of share value creation and the influence on labor aspects. We analyze the correlation between the labor aspects and economic results in framework of sustainable development. Also, we analyze the experience of the leading companies, implementing the model in order to improve the economic results and resolve the social and labor problems as well. We offer the model, which offers the solution of economic and social problem, taking into account the environmental factors. We consider the opportunity of implementation the concept in order to improve the labor aspects, for realization of workforce capacity.
