Abstract:
The article provides a critical analysis of the existing points of view on the understanding of labor and social-labor relations. The presence of three subsystems, the interaction of which forms a single social and labor system, is substantiated. The results indicate the direction of impact of new tools and digital technologies for permanent employment change by improving them, converting human labor, increasing productivity, due to the transfer of work functions to the machine.
