Abstract:
The analogues of foreign institutions development (hereinafter IR) were established in Russia in 1990-ies as a support tool of science and innovation (Russian Foundation for basic research and the Fund of assistance to development of small forms of enterprises in scientific-technical sphere), and by the end of 2017, the current system of development institutions has spread to all the main segments of the support of innovation, including venture financing and infrastructural support. In this article, the activities of the innovation promotion Fund, RVC, RUSNANO, SKOLKOVO are considered in terms of differences in business models of activity, their impact (effectiveness) on the development of innovation, effective management of funds. On the basis of the analysis, conclusions are drawn on the need for full or partial reorganization of development institutions.
