Abstract:
The relevance of the topic of the article is the necessity and high significance at the present stage of development of the national innovation system, within which the processes of innovation commercialization are carried out effectively. Studying the evolution of the development of scientific theories, concepts, paradigms regarding the innovation and technological development of the economy (including the theory of spatial interaction, diffusion of innovations, regional growth, the concept of the technical and economic paradigm, the theory of cycles N. Kondratieff and others) allowed to form a scientific approach to the commercialization model innovation as a component of the national innovation system and justify the feasibility of its use in the Russian practice. The article shows that the imperative of the socio-economic development of regions is the technological factor, which plays a key role in the implementation of economic modernization. It has been substantiated that when developing a model for the commercialization of innovations to form an innovation system in Russia, it is necessary to take into account the economic and technological parameters of the innovation potential, the challenges of the external competitive environment, the conditions for the activation of integration processes and the enhancement of globalization.
