Abstract:
Deep civilizational changes, new socio-economic realities of a market economy, rapid information and technological development, the emergence of new industries in industry, agriculture and the service sector have necessitated increasing the viability of institutions of additional professional education. The article substantiates that one of the effective directions in this area is the assessment of the quality of the management system for the viability of the institution, for which an information-logical model of quality assessment is proposed that allows ensuring a high level of viability of the establishment of additional vocational education by systematizing a description of the features of resource provision, subjects and objects of management, conditions for realization of evaluation and interests of interacting subjects. All activities will contribute to the transformation of the system for managing the viability of an additional education institution in accordance with the real needs of modern conditions of economic development.
