Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to analyze the strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Tuva until 2030 in the model of sustainable development proposed by the Government of the Republic. The article describes the current problems of the Republic, the tasks set by the government of the Republic of Tuva and the prospects of socio-economic development of Tuva in the framework of this model. The description is given on the basis of the documents adopted in the Russian Federation and in the government of the Republic of Tuva on social and economic development of Russia for the period up to 2030, documents taking into account the interests of future generations. As an alternative strategy of the author Salchak, the author offers a comparative analysis of the socio–economic development of the Republic of Tuva, presented by the Government and the Alternative Strategy through the description of the same indicators in each of the strategies. As a perspective, the author proposes a vector of development, which is based on the historical and ethnic features of the people of Tuva and is the choice of traditional forms of economic activity of Tuvans and indicates the direction for changing the priorities of the development of the Republic in favor of rural development. Since the bearers of power is the multinational people of the Republic, the article says, it is up to them to decide the future of their homeland, the Republic, the Place where this people lives, how to preserve the natural and cultural heritage for posterity. And the authorities need to ensure a transparent, universal discussion of all possible ways of development.
