Abstract:
The development and implementation of digital currencies, which are controlled by cryptographic methods, have become a breakthrough in the field of the last decade not only in Russia but also abroad. Due to the wide spread of electronic gadgets with a wide range of functions and virtualization of economic processes, they are rapidly developing and spreading in Russia, as well as around the world. The introduction of digital currencies into circulation has no legislative or other regulatory framework, which significantly complicates their implementation and functioning in the financial system. The problem of legalization, systematization and control of digital cryptographic currencies is acute for the leadership of all countries due to its actual use by the population.
