Abstract:
The article considers the prerequisites for effective cooperation between universities and business structures, implemented in the form of a consortium. The author considers the advantages of such an alloy of science, production and education and the features that need to be taken into account for the effective interaction of universities and business entities (human factor, the time factor, the needs of business structures, the intellectual property of the University). The article also discusses the algorithm of interaction between universities and business entities, especially the use of the «triple helix» method, especially its innovative component.
The creation of a consortium of business structures and universities help to introduce innovations in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises, creates a favorable investment climate and infrastructure, which contributes to the creation of new industries and the development of the region's economy.
