Abstract:
In the current stage of technological transition states face the necessity to overcome structural imbalances of the energy sector. In Eurasia complex set of challenges triggers the integration processes and reflects on the intertwining of the innovation paradigm and regional infrastructure projects. The "Greater Eurasia" concept gains impetus at the international level and could potentially address the energy security risks.
