Abstract:
In the article presents a method for planning the training of personnel using the KPI system and detailed metrics of the organization. The main tasks achieved by means of corporate training are described. A method for collecting data determining the sequence of employees in training based on metrics has been developed. The process of metric metrics collection is described on the basis of check - sheets (forms) of quality control measurements, the process of their further systematization and analytics. The main functions of corporate training management are described. The role of the training evaluation system based on KPI and detailed metrics in the implementation of corporate training management functions is considered.
