Abstract:
We live in dynamically changing world: during an era of global changes in the international markets, prompt technological transformations. Every day we can observe the neighborhood, apparently, of opposite processes – globalization, integration and specialization; urbanization, creation of business ecosystems, "smart factory" and revival of eco-friendly community. However, the unity of these processes creates a certain harmony of world around, stimulating its further development. In article it is offered to look at the organization, first of all, as on the live ecosystem constructed on people relationship. Thus for harmonious development of this system it is possible to use a combination of at first sight opposite approaches to management – standardization of key business processes and agile-approach, having added this "mix" with psychological approach to development of the organization on the basis of gestalt-therapy. The similar combination is directed on quality stabilization in key organization processes, motivation of the personnel on further development and loyalty to the organization and consumers, and also on the healthy, balanced microclimate in collective formation - a basis for further positive development.
