Abstract:
Methods are proposed that allow to structure the activity of the enterprise by identifying strategic areas of activity and strategic bases. The process of structuring the enterprise's activities is divided into four stages: the allocation of elementary activities, the search for key success factors for each elementary type of activity, the grouping of elementary activities and the search for strategic bases. The application of neural networks at the stage of formation of strategic spheres of activity is considered.
