Abstract:
The article presents a review of the practice of business education in the Russian Federation and the prospects for its innovative development based on its role in the process of continuing education, where it is in demand as a tool for successful career. We consider the main world trends in this field. We reveal the role of business education in the accumulation of human capital.

  • Бизнес-школам необходимы: уход от длинных программ в короткие, индивидуализация программ, оптимизация пакетов услуг, усиление консалтинга, ориентация на имена преподавателей.
