Abstract:
In this article the process of changing the standard of living in the light of the transition to a market economy is discussed, the factors that led to a decrease in the level and quality of life and education of poverty and unemployment are identified, the dynamics of poverty unemployment rates in Kyrgyzstan and cross-cutting areas is analyzed, and measures of poverty and unemployment reduction, as well as the living standards of the population in the country improvement, are suggested.
