Abstract:
Modern companies engaged in knowledge-intensive production, along with the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, are actively implementing stakeholder relationship management system (SRM). We’ve revealed the main trends and problems of development and introduction of SRM principles into the activities of pharmaceutical companies. We’ve developed new educational and information project "Education Center" in order to improve the professionalism of medical community, which is one of the key stakeholders in health sector.
