Abstract:
The article is devoted to economic and statistical research of innovative potential of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the context of the life cycle of innovation and innovation activity based on the author's methodology. In the proposed methodology, the assessment of innovative capacity is carried out in seven stages and includes: substantiation of the choice of indicators in accordance with the stage of the life cycle; calculation of particular indicators and their rationing; determination of the private potential of the subject at each stage of the life cycle; calculation of complex integral indicator; ranking of subjects based by results of the assessment at each stage of the life cycle and by complex integral indicator. The model makes it possible to make timely managerial decisions at a certain stage in the life cycle of innovation activity in order to eliminate identified negative trends. We illustrate the approbation of the methodology on the subjects of the Siberian Federal District.
