Abstract:
A study of the regional food market requires information and economic factors, which will allow to fully assess the state of the market, and through a set of individual markets they will allow to assess the state of the food market in general. Availability of the well-established methodological system determines the efficiency of the management process. Such a system involves data collection, its operational processing, making optimal decisions by the subjects involved in the region's food security.
