Abstract:
The article presents the results of a qualitative stage of research on information-technological, organizational-managerial and organizational-economic barriers to knowledge sharing in administrative units within higher educational institutions. Objects of qualitative research are employees of units involved in the management of the bachelor degree program in one of the leading Russian universities. The main method of research at this stage lies in conducting semi-structured interviews with employees of the involved units, followed by the selection and interpretation of common constructs from the respondents' answers. On the basis of the interpretation results of the constructs, we identified a number of barriers to knowledge, affecting the activity of the examined units. We give organizational-managerial and organizational-economic recommendations, which are focused on reducing the impact of these barriers. We also examined possible directions for the further development of the study.
