Abstract:
In the article the author gives his definition of the indicator system of the state of economic underground sector; this system takes into account the quality of public administration. The article compliments the existing system of indicators for assessing the efficiency of the executive bodies of the region; in this system we added the efficiency indicators that determine the prospects for the development of the region, indicators of the efficiency and quality of shadow economy regulation, the efficiency indicators of the activities of the judiciary and the activities of the legislative bodies of the region.
