Abstract:
The article looks into the remuneration level of pedagogical personnel in the Tyumen region. The paper studies a discrepancy between the remuneration and labor intensity. The optimization of the number of faculty and the increase in the academic load did not lead to the expected increase in teachers' wages but complicated the conditions for the implementation of educational activities.
