Abstract:
The effect of the governmental and non-governmental subsystems of the labour market infrastructure on the development of the youth segment in the Republic of Crimea is studied that consists of the increased level of employment of young Crimeans, their acquisition of relevant expertise, skills, experience on the labour market taking into account specific features of the territorial development. Characteristic features in the activity of analyzed subject are reviewed that allow to navigate in their functional specifics. The growing significance of the State Public Institution of Republic of Crimea “The Employment Center”, its territorial departments and private job agencies, in particular, employment agencies are determined that allows to relieve the social tension, to use the young labour force for development of Crimean companies, the increased purchasing power of young citizens, the increased revenue etc.
