Innovation processes as a growth factor for the competitiveness of high-technology enterprises

Abstract:
The article provides an analysis of the innovation processes of high-technology enterprises from the perspective of the competitiveness growth factor and also demonstrates the significance of these processes for the development of enterprises and state economy formation. Based on the analysis of Russia’s position in the world economy in terms of the innovational development, the author presents the profile (dynamics) of expenses on technological innovations according to funding sources. The innovation activities of extractive and manufacturing industries, power generation and distribution enterprises, as well as gas and water supply companies have been shown. There is a certain interest as for the use of scientific-research divisions at the enterprises and organizations implementing technological innovations. The processes of stimulation and support of the innovation activities of high-technology enterprises at the state level have been substantiated.
