Abstract:
The article presents the essence of engineering, as well as the need for its use in construction. According to the results of the study it is clear that today engineering is an integral part of investment and construction process. It facilitates the interaction of all participants of the investment project from drawing the project documentation up to date of the facility. The results of the research suggested in the article point out that the system engineering should be presented in the form of a complex of the most significant practical problems in order to achieve a certain result in the construction. Thus there is the search for opportunities to maximize the use of science and technology in order to further improvement of the construction company competitiveness. Author’s suggestions within the article may be used and have practical significance for members of the investment and construction complex, as well as in the educational process in the preparation of future engineer-economists. Also, the article can be useful for the preparation of methodical materials for career enhancement training of investment and construction complex enterprises employees.
