Abstract:
Due to the great number of prospective ideas, their transformation to the ready-made scientific product and the further commercialization are carried out very slowly and accompanied by various issues. Due to that, the significant scientific potential of Russian researchers remains unrealized. The authors have reviewed methods for commercialization of results of scientific applied researches and developments, have emphasized main issues of commercialization and have determined prospects for their resolution. The article will be useful to experts in the area of scientific and research and educational company management, in the area of innovative development.
