Abstract:
Difficulties that emerge in technological processes, changes of forms of industrial connections as well as development of technical means for the administration process causes changes of attitude to explicit evaluations and methods of investment projects. Every investment project may be characterized from the financial, technological, organizational and temporal sides. Introduction of cost engineering will allow to provide cost analyses that will allow to simplify the further provision of economic relations between parties of the project virtually at all stages of the investment and construction project. Materials of the article may be used and have the practical value for representatives of the investment and construction complex and used in the studying process – for training of future planning engineers, advanced training and professional retraining of the staff in companies of the investment and construction complex.
